Kassander is a project which was based in Belgium but now in Tokyo, Japan and focused mostly on ambient-trance sounds but
also encompasses other genres.
His music has also appeared
in documentaries and advertisements. The unconditional love
for synthesizers and electronic music production is reflected in Kassander’s sound and is mostly made with analogue and digital hardware synthesizers.

Vast, harsh, stunning and unfathomable is the ancient Taiga. Lauge brings it back to life, with herds of mammoths stomping through the high grass, open skies with gargantuan clouds and endless, mystical forests from which the drums of the shamans are heard. An incredible album, radiating a strange, primordial energy though its dense and relentless atmosphere. Highly recommended!
